In the past I’ve always voted for the Greens, but with Volt, I feel the spirit of a true grassroots movement. Everything is still in the making—dynamic and full of potential—and the Wahl-O-Mat confirmed that Volt aligns best with my values.
For a long time, I was dazzled by the US as a role model—a perception fueled by Hollywood and advertising. But since my first visit there in 1998, I’ve seen a very different reality. When I started working for European Union clients in 2025, my perspective shifted fundamentally. The political situation in Germany and the lessons from reading "On Tyranny" (Timothy Snyder) ultimately led me to become politically active.
Since 2026, I’ve been a member of Volt, advocating for a free, united, and progressive Europe.
